neuronitis vestibular: una alteración de la función vestibular caracterizada por un único ataque de vértigo acompañado de naúsea y vómitos sin síntomas auditivos. Afecta a personas de mediana edad y suele mejorar en unos pocos días. También llamada neuritis vestibular [ICD-10: H81.2]
